What does shipping cost?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $45 or more. Orders under $45 have a flat $5.99 shipping fee, shown in your cart before checkout.
How soon will my order ship?
Physical items usually ship within 1–3 business days. We'll email you when your order is on its way.
How are digital products delivered?
Software, memberships and gift cards are emailed as codes to the address you enter at checkout. Check spam or promotions folders if you don't see it, then contact us.
What's your return policy?
Most unused physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Delivered digital codes and opened personal care items can't be returned. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I pick up my order in Albuquerque?
